Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between BarakaFlow (“BarakaFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the person or business using our website, applications, and related services (the “Service”).

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you use BarakaFlow for a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

BarakaFlow is a software-as-a-service business management platform. It provides tools that may help businesses manage products, inventory, sales, orders, suppliers, customers, reports, users, branches, and related operations.

Features and limits vary by plan and may evolve over time. BarakaFlow supports business operations but does not replace professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice, and you remain responsible for decisions made using your records.

You must provide accurate, current information when registering and keep account details reasonably up to date. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for protecting passwords, devices, recovery channels, and other credentials.

• Do not share individual credentials with unauthorized people.
• Assign access only to team members who need it and review access when roles change.
• Notify us promptly at support@barakaflow.com if you suspect unauthorized use or a security incident.

You must be legally capable of entering a contract. Accounts are intended for businesses and adult users, not children.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of information entered into BarakaFlow. This includes establishing reliable opening balances, recording transactions consistently, reviewing permissions, and maintaining any source documents your business must retain.

You must use the Service lawfully, protect login credentials, respect the rights of customers, suppliers, employees, and other people whose information you enter, and obtain any notices, permissions, or legal grounds required for that information.

You retain ownership of your business data. BarakaFlow does not claim ownership of the product records, inventory information, orders, customer or supplier records, reports, files, or other content you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”).

You give BarakaFlow a limited right to host, copy, process, transmit, back up, and display Customer Data only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service, comply with law, and follow your authorized instructions.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide Customer Data to BarakaFlow. Our handling of personal information is further explained in the Privacy Policy.

BarakaFlow may offer free and paid plans with different features, usage limits, users, branches, or support levels. The price, billing period, taxes, and included limits presented when you subscribe form part of these Terms.

• You agree to pay applicable charges by the stated due date using an accepted payment method.
• Failure or reversal of payment may lead to restricted features, downgrade, suspension, or cancellation after reasonable notice where practicable.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase.

We may change plans or pricing prospectively. We will provide reasonable advance notice for changes that materially affect an active paid subscription, allowing you to decide whether to continue or cancel before the new terms apply.

We work to keep BarakaFlow available, reliable, and secure. The Service may nevertheless be unavailable during planned maintenance, emergency work, provider outages, internet disruption, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Where practical, we will communicate material planned maintenance and work to restore service promptly. You should maintain appropriate operational procedures for work that cannot wait during an outage.

You may not use BarakaFlow to harm the Service, other users, or third parties. Prohibited conduct includes:

• illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or rights-infringing activity;
• attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, or data;
• introducing malware, exploiting vulnerabilities, evading security controls, or conducting denial-of-service attacks;
• scraping, reverse engineering, or automated use except where we expressly authorize it or applicable law permits it;
• using the Service in a way that creates unreasonable load, disrupts operation, or helps another person violate these Terms.

Good-faith security concerns should be reported privately to our support team rather than tested against production systems without authorization.

BarakaFlow and its licensors own the Service, including its software, interface, documentation, technology, trademarks, logos, and original content. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your account term for your internal business operations.

These Terms do not transfer our intellectual property to you. Your feedback is voluntary; if you provide it, we may use it to improve BarakaFlow without restricting your use of your own ideas or business information.

You may stop using BarakaFlow or request cancellation through the available account or support process. Charges already due remain payable. Before cancellation, you should export information you need to retain where export tools are available.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the Service, investigate suspected misuse, address non-payment, comply with law, or prevent harm. We may terminate an account for a material or repeated breach, normally after notice and an opportunity to correct the issue unless immediate action is necessary for security, legality, or safety.

After termination, Customer Data may be deleted according to our retention practices and legal obligations. Contact support promptly if you require help with an available export.

BarakaFlow is provided on an “as available” basis. We will provide the Service with reasonable care and skill, but business results depend on your data, processes, decisions, devices, connectivity, and third-party services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BarakaFlow is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or losses caused by inaccurate Customer Data or decisions made from it. Our total liability arising from the Service will not exceed the fees you paid to BarakaFlow during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other responsibility that applicable law requires us to retain.

We may update these Terms to reflect service changes, security needs, legal requirements, or improved clarity. The updated page will show a new effective date.

For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service, email, or another appropriate channel. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not accept a material change, you may stop using the Service and cancel before it takes effect.

For formal legal use, BarakaFlow should add its registered legal entity name, physical or registered address, and any legally required registration details before public launch.
